Shipping Policy
We Ship Via UPS or US Postal Service and use whatever service is most reasonable/practical at time of shipment.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
Shipping on a Customers UPS Account# will include Nominal Shipping & Handling charges for Labor & Packaging Costs.

Freight is Calculated at the Time of Shipment & is based on Weight, Package size and Ship to address distance/Commercial or Residential Delivery. Residential Delivery
costs are higher.
Damages should be reported directly to carrier and all packaging should be saved.
Non Working Items, Returns, Product Information
Please Call us for Trouble Shooting on any Non Working Items
We can probably assist in a"Jiffy" and get any non working items
up and running over the phone.
Please save Battery Operated items not working for return.
All claims should be made within 10 days of receipt.
LED CANDLE PRODUCT INFO
Battery Operated Candles / Especially our 6" Taper Candles
Work Best with Skinny Batteries.
We recommend Dollar Tree's Budget Brand e-circut or Sunbeam Batteries
Regretfully, Rechargable Batteries do NOT work well in ANY LED Type candles due to their inability to reach & make a connection with the top of the candle.
And over time, rechargeable batteries expand, increasing in width preventing connection to the lighting elements.
Seasonal Storage of LED Candles
We recommend removing all batteries from Seasonal Candles & lighting products
when stored, as they will corrode & rust inside the metal battery compartment.
